Delivery and Freight
To ensure that orders are delivered to you as quickly as possible, we utilise the services of
Australia Post eParcel or Courier to get the goods to you. This way, you don't have to be home in order to have your order sent to you!
DELIVERY COST
The delivery cost is $8 flat rate nationwide.
At MySuperDeals we offer FREE delivery ON 3 or more products purchased
in one transaction.
Sorry, we do not deliver to overseas addresses.

All orders are handled with care and are packaged securely with foam and bubble
wrap to prevent damage during transit.
FREE GIFT WRAPPING
AT MySuperDeals, we offer free gift wrapping, please indicated you wish to gift wrapped during check out.
DELIVERY METHOD Here are the steps taken to ensure that your order is sent to you as quickly as possible.
- If you would like to receive your order as quickly as possible, make sure a person is present to sign for the order at the delivery address. With no one there to sign for the order, it will increase the time in which you will receive your order. Work and Business addresses are preferred.
- Place your order, fill in the order form and submit your payment.
- Once your order and payment has been approved and your stock is available,
all orders are picked up from our Sydney warehouse.
- Delivery time will take two to seven working days.
- In the event that there is nobody at the delivery location to sign for the order, Australia Post
or Courier will leave a card notifying delivery attempts, please contact the
number on the card for more information.
- Should you not receive your order within seven days, please refer to
delivery email for tracking and carrier contact details.
- In the event that you have not receive your order within 14 days, please
contact us so that we can investigate on the whereabouts of your parcel.
