MySuperDeals take no responsibility and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this site. The use of this site is at your own risk. 'We' take no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site. MySuperDeals also take no responsibility and does not guarantee for matters outside of its control (These including the delivery estimated time frame, lost of item/s and damage made to item/s through the courier service). Policies

Return Policy

Item/s can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of item left our warehouse. The item/s must have valid receipt, and is/are NOT open, used, worn or damaged, and is/are in 100% re-saleable condition when we received back.

Your refund will be the amount you paid for the item/s returned, net of delivery cost paid and a restocking fee of $9 per item returned. If you received free delivery then the delivery cost will also be deducted.

You must send an email to sales@mysuperdeals.com.au to obtain a Return Authorisation (RMA) number.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange if the customer is not happy with the scent or the fragrance or any personal issues associated with item/s purchased. 

Exchange Policy

In addition to our return policy. If you wish to exchange item/s, you will also be charged additional delivery cost for the exchanged item/s.

Pricing Policy

All prices that appear on this web site are quoted in Australian dollars and are only valid and effective in Australia. All prices include GST where applicable. We take no responsibility or liability for the accuracy of any such price as appears on this website, and we reserved the right to adjust the price listed on our website without any notice.

MySuperDeals respect our customers and understand that you are concerned about your privacy. We will not share any personal information to any third party. The information you provide to us is use to process and fulfil your order. Any credit card details and personal information you provide on line will are encrypted by the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology by GeoTrust to keep all details secured during the transactions over the internet. We may use the information you provide to occasionally notify you of special sales or promotions, if you do not wish for this then simply email us.

Shipping & Handling Policy

MySuperDeals use Australia Post eParcel and Courier as a delivery method. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours depending on your payment method. Weekend's orders will be processed on the following Monday.

Delivery times specified on this web site are indicative only. We takes no responsibility or liability for any failure to observe these delivery times.

If a particular products ordered is out of stock, order adjusted and shipped. 

Order Cancellation and Order Amendment Policy

You may contact us to cancel or amend an order before parcel left our warehouse. If parcel has already left our warehouse, please refer to Return Policy for more details.

Return to Sender (RTS) Policy

Every parcel we ship is registered (signature is required on receipt). If for whatever reason the carrier cannot get the parcel to you after a period of time (usually within 5 business days) they will return the parcel to us at our cost, which is effectively the cost to send the parcel.

If a parcel has been returned to us as a result of error or inaction on your part, we reserve the right to pass additional charges onto you, as a condition of sending the parcel back to you.

Examples of error or inaction are incorrect or incomplete address (including not noting a company name where delivery is to a business address) or no re-delivery arrangement within 5 business days from when delivery calling card was left.

If you opt to cancel the order if the item is returned to us then we will refund you less all shipping costs incurred, a restocking fee and our storage and handling costs, so that we are returned to a zero loss position on the order.
